First practice!
Diamonds!! You guys had a great first practice, everyone was positive and encouraging and it was a lot of fun. Good job Britt with your round off back handspring and Giana with your double back handspring! Off to a great start with the stunting, make sure you stretch those legs from conditioning ;) You'll be sore tomorrow!! Way to Dazzle Diamonds. Remember black shirt and red shorts next week!

1st week of practices
Hey Jesters,
You all did a great job stunting which I knew you would. We got some work ahead of us but I know you can do it. We need more standing backs but I know you can get them. Hey girls you all did a great job tonight you were so attentive and worked hard. I am so pumped that all of you were able go into a back bend by yourself. You will be kicking over before you know it.
